I cought this in Palmer a few days ago.

Maybe one of the MOW pumkin engines faded and now it looks pink. I have seen pictures of a pair of Ann Arbor RS-1s that were orange, then over time turned pink.

While today is that day, consider this: I pity the drivers who drive the rigs for Mary Kay to their distribution centers, the rigs are the same shade of pink as the Cadillacs.

Also, more seriously, one of our local ready-mix dealers has painted one of its trucks in pink as a sign of support for breast cancer research.

Norfolk Southern has announced that in order to limit it’s greenhouse gas emissions to its most desirable levels, it will unveil its project X1218 prototype. “This carrot powered locomotive will have all of us re-thinking how we can take better care of the earth whose care is our top priority.”

BNSF has a similar project in motion using lettuce in it’s 20073751, now being tested in California. However, the state has told BNSF (and UP) that they must go to combustion free locomotives as soon as…" it is decided by us that you will do so". UP’s combustion free prototype is being built in Nevada north of Las Vegas. Railfans attempting to examine the area, have experienced memory loss and confusion with [censored][X-)]

I understand that both GE and EMD plan to install turn signals on all new locomotives that they manufactor. Something to do with passing.

Most of the Ann Arbor and DT&I Rolling Stock faded to pink.[:O]
