Is CSX ever going to come out with Heritage Units just like UP did?
It doesn’t seem to be a priority with them. Technically the new “Dark Future” scheme is almost a tribute to C&O. And there are still a few CR units around so I guess they can suffice for now.

There seems to be no rush by CSX, NS, or BNSF to come out with heritage units, so it probably isn’t going to happen.
CSX having Heritage units will really never happen. The remaining Fallen Flag engines and YN3 is the best you’re ever going to get on CSX.
