CSX MoW car question

Does anybody have a clue what this car is used for? And can someone figure out what it says on the panel to the left? It is CSX 912275 MW, and I saw it in Augusta, GA. This is the best pic that I could get.

Here’s the pic:

Thanks!

It looks like a tool car, or maybe a home made camp car.
CSX engineer may know.

its a tool car,

See, just ask a guy who works there…

MOW stands for maintennence of way.
i think

It’s a most interesting tool car. It appears to be kitbashed from a TTX flat car and a 40-foot and 20-foot container.

Thanks guys, tool car makes sense as this particular area is where they store a bunch of other MoW equipment. I can see the containers now that I look at it as well. The lettering that I was actually asking about is on the roll up door on the 40ft container. You can’t see it real well in that size picture (or in real life for that matter).

I’m guessing sense its rubbed off, but it looks like SYSTEM (guessing on most letters) PRO_______ EAM".

Does anybody know a comman prase that makes sense? System Property Team, or anythine else? I feel like I’m playing Wheel of Fortune here.[:p]

Well, FYI it stands for System Production Team. I don’t know what that is for, but I do know that their are more than one. Below is a picture that I found surfing the web. Thanks for all of the help guys.

BTW they sure put alot of work into these…I wonder what is better about these than just an old box car?
