CSX rail works

CSX is a major railroad where I live, I wish to model it but I do not know where the main repair shop is. I think it is in Waycross, but I’m not sure. If you could give me a website that should sufice.

There are definitely shops in Waycross, GA at the Rice Classification Yard… not sure if it is there “main” shops though

There are main shops in Huntington WVA. and Cumberland Md.There is a locomotive and car shop located at Queensgate yard in Cincinnati.

CSX and NS both have Conductor and Engineer training centers in Ga. Check out the CSX corprate site, under Employment Opportunities, or search for Training Centers. Once you have the address of the Training Center, you could use MapQuest or Google Earth to “look” for other facilities nearby.
