CSX sues Covington KY.

You have to figure that CSX was getting tired of this.

It is just another chapter in a dispute that has been going on for a long time. It has to do with the city’s opinion of the structural strength and appearance of CSX bridges within the city. There is a brief mention of the suit here:

Sounds like Much Ado about nothing–but then I don’t live in Covington.
