CSX takes part in forestry initiative
I knew CSX was branching out and now I know how.
Quote: “At CSX, we are committed to continually improving our environment and helping to make the communities we serve cleaner and greener,”
I would be a big help if CSX would clean its graffiti laden equipment these same communities must endure.
CSX it would help the environment if they help shortlines get new business to take trucks off the nations highways.
If CSX wants to be a truly good US citizen it would paint Long Bridge over the Potomac River in Washington, DC. Right now the bridge is a rusted eyesore in the heart of our nation’s capital monumental core.
They might even help themselves by doing this, as it would give less validity to the claim by the NIMBYS fighting the Virginia Avenue Tunnel reconstruction that CSX is a selfish and lousy neighbor!
Way to go CSX !
