On the CTT forum banner, there is a picture of a postwar Texas Special cruizin along a bridge, I was wondering what issue that layout was from and would I be able to download it off of the forums, thanks.

It was from Dean Bittick’s layout in the Sept. 2004 issue, the photo was a 5 column shot over pages 58-59.

This photo is featured (but two page split) under the train layouts, then layout visits, then Dean Bittick’s layout . This is hard to answer/reply without seeing previous posts and being able to switch back a page or two.
