I was curious. Is the the CTT magazine bagged when it arrives via US Mail?

No. and usually the mail man reads it first

Only replacement issues or possibly the first issue of a new subscription go out in polybags.

Right no bag, most arrive ok, over time I have had a few arrived damaged. I requested 1 replacement and it was promptly sent.

Some I get in bags some I don’t. I really belieave that my mailman does flip through them.
