The initial round of winners has been drawn, but circulation is awaiting the confirmation (i.e. info for the IRS) of the winners.
And yes, we have winners who don’t want the prizes, and then we need to pick another winner and await confirmation, etc etc etc and we’ll release the names when we have a finalized list.
