Included in my store purchased copy of the October CTT was a print of 6 track plans. The extra cost involved in just doing that wasn’t something to sneeze at…so thanks!

From time to time we package a small booklet in newsstand copies to boost newsstand sales from casual buyers. The material is re-purposed from previous issues.
I think when I let my subscription get down to the last issue and hadn’t renewed yet. they sent a little booklet similar to what you’re describing. It had a half dozen or so layout articles from older issues of CTT.
There’s something neat about going to the hobby shop every month to pick up the latest issue instead of having it mailed to my house. But the nearest hobby shop is about 3 gallons of gas away, so I had to stop doing that [
