Cumbres & Toltec Scenic designated National Historic Landmark
This sounds good but will it cause much red tape requiring the operators of this national treasure railroad to jump thru lot of unnecessary hoops hindering improvements, upgrades etc. They have lots of problems just surviving now trying to live with the states of New Mexico and Colorado owners now.

Well deserved designation. If you’ve never visited the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic RR do it asap. It’s one of the most beautiful trips in the country and is so authentic.
