Current situation of MEHANO and MEHANO T726 "Euro Special" starter set

I have got an information (see on
http://www.peskar.org/model_trains/mehano/mehano2008.pdf), that in 2008 MEHANO
has introduced the new- already third- version of the famous T726 “Euro Special”
starter set. The locomotive has became the red- liveried French CC 70000 one,
the coaches have continued to be in the “Pop”- liveries. I am very interesting:

  • does MEHANO continue the H0- production at all and the T726 “Euro Special”
    starter set production particularly?

  • are the coaches in the new version of the T726 “Euro Special” starter set
equipped by any built- in interior?

  • what class(es) (whether first only, as it has been in the previous version of
the T726 “Euro Special” starter set) are the coaches (out of the dining car, of
course) in the new version of the T726 “Euro Special” starter set marked as?

Hello, and welcome.

I seem to recall that Mehano, which made the engines for the International Hobby Corp. (IHC) enterprise for the N. American market, had gone out of business just around Christmas past. There are very few members on this forum who model purely European models, and I would say fewer still who would use Mehano products. Most would prefer Rocco, Marklin, Fleischman, etc.

I do hope you get an educated answer here to help you out.
