I’m looking for someone that can make some lettering for me. I intend to build car CMStP&P 477, the buy war bonds car and cannot find any suitable lettering. also I have about 200 lightweight cars in conventional Milw paint that will need lettering , car names numbers etc.

You can buy decal paper and print your own on an inkjet or laser printer (different paper for each.) These work pretty well:
This sort of thing works best if you’re doing dark colored lettering on a light background. Computer printers don’t do white, and light colors depend on a white background. You can, of course, paint the background white where the decal will be, but this usually requires precise trimming of the decal edges, and isn’t always an easy thing to do right.
Well MR ususally has a couple of ads from folks who do custom decals. As far as the 200 passenger cars, any reason you can’t use Milwaukee Road passenger car decals from say Microscale or Champ??

It looks like your post is a couple years old but I bumped into it a night or two ago and it reminded me I need a set of these as well. I create custom decals, primarily for the Milwaukee and in HO scale, and have put together a set for the 477 Buy War Bonds car. I’ve tried to attach it to this posting but to no avail.
