Been buying trains from MB Klein’s for years and I just got a Intermountain NS Heritage Nickel Plate Road and the front handrail is broke and the rear ditch lights don’t work the first time that anything I got from MB Klein’s that was broken, just wondering if anybody has sent anything back to them and will they exchange it.

MB Klein’s customer service is the best. I have returned items before for various reasons.

Call first and tell them what the problem is so that they can expect the return.

Not if it their fault. They will assign you an RMA.

Thanks,It has to be Intermountain fault the broken handrail some of it is missing and the ditch lights on back don’t work.

Call MB Klein this morning. Don’t wait too long. They have a 30-day time limit on returns.

Got it a going they sent me a UPS label but they don’t have anymore Nickel Plate ES44AC but they have plenty of Pennsylvania ES44AC’s that will be my replacement.Thanks for the help.

Glad you got that settled. Too bad that they couldn’t do an exact replacement for the NKP.

Last night they only had one NKP this mourning when I called it was sold but the LHS I go to will get me one but will cost more[:'(]

In that case, why just not get a refund and buy the NKP from your LHS?
