hello, i have been looking in the walthers catalog and have been noticing a lot of turnouts that i need

are only availible in DCC freindly versions, can i use them if i am running a DC layout?

Yes, as far as I know, they are compatible with DC also. In testing my track, I test with a DC transformer first even though I am wiring for DCC and they work fine. They list them that way because there are other turnouts that aren’t DCC compatible.

Just remember that DCC-friendly turnouts have unpowered frogs. Very short wheelbase steam locos will have a problem with that.
