DCC decoders for Atlas dash 8-40cw Nscale locomotive

Hi all,

I am new to DCC and was considering buying some Atlas N-scale Dash 8-40CW locomotives but i want to set them up for DCC with sound. My question for anyone kind enough to help me is: do i buy a DCC ready loco and get a seperate decoder with sound OR do i buy a DCC equiped loco and add a sound decoder?? I am unable to find any decoders with sound built into them suitable for the atlas dash 8-40cw. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
