DCC & Sound in P2K SW9/122

Hello, I just bought a Proto 2000 SW9/1200 loco and I would like to know if I could install DCC & sound on that loco?

Can I do it myself or should I go to the local hobby shop to get it installed?

If you think I can install it myself, (with detailled instructions) what DCC & sound decoder should I buy?

If you require “detail instructions” on how to install a decoder into a loco, I highly suggest you get someone else to do it…especially with a sound decoder. Then afterwards, take a look at their work and reverse-engineer it.
