What solvent - if any - can un-do Gorilla Glue once it’s been set for a couple of years? Acetone, isopropyl alcohol, lacquer thinner, something else?

Pure Acetone will do it. Hopefully it will not destroy whatever it is glued to. Hopefully you can move it outside.

It’s plastic and solid metal wire bonded to wood.
Test the acetone on the plastic first. It attacks some plastics
