Good afternoon gentlemen, just, and need to know your thoughts what your experiances have been in dealing with the atlas parts dept. I contacted them re; parts for my turntable, , broken gear shaft and would like to know how it worked out Thamks Steve
I have only used there parts department for new detail pieces, and they are alwas quick to send, but not
too good at replying by email.
Give em a chance, They are nice on the phone.
I agree with the e-mail thing … I once e-mailed several times regarding parts and never got a response. Phoned them up, spoke directly to the parts person who hooked me up with just what I was after and shipped it right away. Nothing beats talking to a real live human being !!!

This is true for nearly all the manufacturers, talking person to person almost always gets you better service than email does. For one thing, if it’s a good service department, then they’re usually spending their time fixing or proccessing stuff, not at the computer reading emails.
Thanks for the replys fellows. within twenty minutes I got my first reply from them and she referred me to their tech dept. who then cotacted me twenty minutes after that and now is seeing if he can find the shaft I need and is going to let me know, WOW< I didin,t think they would reply so quickly, I am so impressed… Thanks guys
Just an update guys,… Their tech dept emailed me today and is sending me the shaft and gear to me asap and it is also free… IT really restores faith in the manufacturers Thats great Cheers to ATLAS
