Hello again!
I have a question. How do you make your own decals? I know you have to have decal paper, but is there a certain program that lets you create the fancy font?
Thanks!
Zachar
I’ve used Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8. However you may be in for a disapointment as most printers produce transparent decals. These work well if your doing window signs, stained glass windows or signs on white but if you’re putting them onto a dark surface they may be lost. Alpin printers will print a white underlay making the decal translucent.

As Fergie mentioned, you need a graphics program and have to search out the type of fonts that you need. There are many places on the Internet where you can download various fonts, although finding exactly what you want or need might be time consuming if at all possible. I also use Paint Shop Pro 8, but have also used The Print Shop program that I got for free in a package of mailing labels because it would allow me to do some things that the other one could not do.
The printers than can print white are ALPS printers by the way, and not Alpin. They are no longer sold in North America, the only way to get them is probably eBay.
