I’ve been away for several years. At that time there was a company that offered thousands of decals for every road imaginable, number sets, letter sets, etc. I understand that company has gone out of business. Is there a source for all that sort of decals now?
if you’re thinking of Microscale, they’re still around. They’ve been the “big name” in decals as far back as I can remember for the hobby (OK, so 8ish years…but still).

Herald King went out of business at least 15 years ago(owner retired). Some of the line was aquired by Oddballs Decals. They had a very exensive line of mostly modern lettering sets.
Champ Decals is slowly selling down their inventory(the owner died a few years ago). They have a lot of 50’s era decals.
Microscale is still around…

You did not mention the location and scale you are modeling. If you are doing New England RR, Highball Graphics has a good selection that the larger companies do not make.
