Decoder Installation Help

Has anyone installed a decoder in a PSC 4-8-0 M-2c before, or know where I can find information on installing in this model.

I received mine today, and it is a very impressive model. I would like to get a decoder installed ASAP so that I can run it on my layout instead of my test track. I am just trying to get any suggestions or pointers before I start taking it apart to perform the install.

Thanks for the link! Do you know what the stall current for this locomotive is. If not I will try to test for it as suggested on this site.
