They must keep her in the yard area, I’ve never seen it during my visits through Williams. (literally just passing through)
The Shay is immediately south of the Grand Canyon Railway shops. You need to take the Grand Canyon train (or get special permission) to get anywhere near the loco because the yard is posted.
