Me thinks so…The Big Nasty folks can’t count to ten yet, fingers & toes might get 'em to 20.
Which Milepost 20?..made more sense at Pueblo with 619 ATSF, 122 DRGW and what was ever left of C&S above 122 on the Minnequa Sub.
(PS -the Nimrods that did this never quite changed all the documents tied to those old monuments either…it do get confusing …and that district has always been tough since it became a joint line)
