Desktop wallpaper from the April 2013 Model Railroader

Looks so real for the period (era)

All in the details, great job!!

Amazing

Being an older person I relate more towards the steam era. I would like to see a narrow gauge articale like Jim Hoffmans’ layout in the magazine more often. I think the these layouts have a very high level of expertise in detailing. We can all learn something from it and enjoy great photos and stories of those days gone by

nice

Great photo of your railroad. I love Steam engines. It looks very much like the real Cumbres pass.

This is a great photo of time gone by. Great modeling. Lets have more steam articles. I also am older and lean thowards steam.

Never had the pleasure of watching N/G activity at Cumbres, but witnessed double-headed “K-36” locos struggling upgrade near Sargents and Gunnison ,CO-and walked the dual-gauged tracks in Salida yard alongside idle Baldwin’s awaiting the climb to Marshall limestone mines in the early 1950’s.

Great photo of your railroad.
All in the details, great job.

Wish I had JUST one of them. Very nice job.
