About a week ago, Walther’s Tank Truck Loading Rack went from “Expected: In Transit” to “Expected: TBA.” I wonder what happened.
A few of them must’ve, as on July 24, 2007, the date at which a huge stock of Walthers Shinohara turnouts was supposed to arrive, the status changed from “July 24 2007” to “unknown”.
Either that, or they were involved in a railroad wreck (nothing specific, just hypothetical). Wouldn’t that be ironic?
Probably hung up in Customs.

They’re checking for 1. lead 2. seafood in the packages 3. or belts not properly fastened (as in steel belted tires)!!![:D][:D]
When I said “slow down”, I didn’t mean slam on the brakes!
I don’t know if this could be part of the delay, but the Union Pacific Sunset Route through southern Arizona and New Mexico has had a significant decrease in train movements due to a double-tracking project across the entire line. A lot of trains are being sent through Donnor Pass instead of using the Sunset Route.
I do not know if things have changed, but all of the Walthers structures I have seen have Made in Denmark on their boxes.
