Does anybody know where i obtain a list or chart of diesel production dates for EMD,GE,etc ?

Kalmbach once published the “Diesel Spotters Guide” some years ago. I don’t know if it is still available but you might find one at a swapmeet or used bookstore.Every builder is listed as well as each model locomotive made by them. Photos are included. I have both the 1967 and the 1973 versions and find them very useful.
