Interesting if it is a throttle limitation - wonder if the new DT-602 has the same limitation, since it’s a completely new throttle. Can’t be a Loconet limitation, or else JMRI wouldn;t be able to access it - unless it is a limitation in the throttle messages and JMRI gets around it by sending the Loconet packets that tell the command station to just send the included NMRA packet (Loconet has such opcodes in its protocol - it’s actually how the additional functions were added to the throttles without requiring a command station firmware upgrade - the DCS100 can oinly go to F8, but if you plug one of the newer throttles in that can go up to F28, you get all 29 functions. Another misleading line item on many DCC comparison charts, although a moot point as all current production Digitrax systems can be firmware updated over the network, no chip swaps needed).
