Digitrax Decoder for Stewart DS 4 4 1000

So far all of my locos have been DCC. I bought a Stewart Diesel at the Timonium show today that is DCC ready. I don’t know the first thing about converting but I’m told that with a compatible plug it is fairly easy. Can anyone tell me where to find out what Digitrax decoder is the proper one for that diesel? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It shows a digitrax dz123ps or dz143ps for that engine.

Thanks very much. This is exactly what I needed.

Yup, the install cant be any easier. Remove the long hood, remove the dummy plug, plug in DZ123ps, test for correct plug placement (the loco will run the opposite way than what is selected if the plug is reversed…just reverse the plug if that happens), and reinstall hood. Done.

It does NOT get any easier.
