Dimensions of Walthers Red Wing Flour Mill?

The catalog only gives partial info on this structure - 8 x 11 overall. If anyone has one of these, could you tell me the dimensions of the main part of the building?

That looks like it IS the footprint of the main part.

In the catalog drawing there is a deck on trackside, a boiler room/truck dock on streetside, and stairways on either end. I’m looking to kitbash this so I’m looking for dimensions of the main, tall, rectangular part.

I see now that their Centennial Mills background building is the same structure, sectioned, and that the main part is 10 inches wide. Judging by the thickness of the 1/3 depth, can someone confirm that the depth is 6 inches? And while you have it out, what are the dimensions of the trackside dock?

The actual building itself is…10 1/2 " tall, 10 x 7 1/2"

There are a set of stairs on each end adding 3/4" each.

Trackside dock is 3/4" x 5 "
