I have one question how do you install LED lights into locomotives along with DCC installation?

How? easily.
On most decoders you connect a resistor in series with the LED (typically in the 500 to 1000 ohm range, determined by the current rating of the LED and the voltage on the tracks, plus some margin). The decoder has a headlight output, and a common return for all of the lights/LEDs. Each LED/bulb should have its own resistor.
