Dirty Used Power-Loc Track!

I just purchased some used power-loc track and it needs to be completly cleaned.I know what to do for the rails but the black plastic base is bad dirty.Can it be submersed in mild soap and water if dried properly?

I’d say yes - I’ve use warm soapy water to clean several models over the years, with 100% success. I’d advise using dishwashing detergent mixed with hot tapwater (dishwashing detergent is a degreaser, which is handy for cleaning models!) Just remember to rinse with fresh water and allow to dry thoroughly before reassembling the model
