This is a great way to partner. Many times flying is not an option for many. Either no service, expensive tickets, or just unable to fly. Congrats to Amtrak, Voices of Hope, and NYSDOT! This is how we take care of our people.
Amtrak has proven to me that they are more responsive to the passengers’ heeds than the airlines. I have had nothing but good customer service when my late wife and I rode Amtrak’s trains.
