Ditch Lights How to Model ditch lights in (DC)

Ok, everything is DCC. Problem is I don’t work in DCC and would like to make a circuit so I can add alternating ditch lights to my “DC” Loco’s I have done a search of the forums and there are no posts on doing this with out adding a DCC system to my layout. While I will change over to DCC someday, right now I can not justify the added expense of doing so just to have working ditch lights.

Does anyone know of a working circuit design for a “DC” powered Locomotive to add alternating ditch lights?

Holy catfish batman [:)] Both AntonioFP45 and Louther have posted great responces! While I was thinking more along the lines of building it myself, but with these prices I would spend more on the parts.
