What does the DM&E plan to do once they get to the PRB, gain track rights on the BNSF/UP joint line, or build there own tracks to the mines? And if the later how many / witch mines will they build to? (assumeing some other mine to railhead delivery is not used)
DM&E plans to build its own tracks and loading loops to each mine. It plans to serve all of the mines on the Joint Line only – not the mines north of Gillette.
