DME/ICE hiring?

does anyone know when DME/ICE will start hiring for conductors/switchemen or track labores again? how is business on both railroads? when will it pick up? Also i tried to hire out on the Iowa Interstate, my application was reviewed but rejected, at least it’s still on file. Does anyone know when IAIS will be hiring again?
