Do you have a model railroading Bucket List?

My whole layout is THE Bucket List! I do have a million things on that list as well. Some items written and some mental; and I try to do SOMETHING every single day. If I have an afternoon or morning free, I find something on that list that can be done in the time allowed. If the next day I only have 15 minutes to spare, I will find something on the list that requires 15 minutes to accomplish. And then do it! There are days that I don’t feel like being in the train room, but I force myself to go down there, bring up the list, and within minutes find myself immersed in something and totally enjoying it after all!

Hey Salt Water, that is a good plan of action you got there! And it seems to remind me of the phrase “Just do it!”

Slight variation on a theme my boss lives by: Called “See It / Own It / Solve it / Do it!”

In other words: If you can see an issue or problem, take ownership of it, find the solution and then go do it!

Being a cancer patient changes the way you think

I tend to think only of today

hence my list is what i can do today

Bucket List?

Sure. There is a mountian of things to do in that room. I prefer to think of what was accomplished rather than worry about things to do.

Anyhow ask me again next year.

Mine is just to start work on our new house which will house the room for a new layout. [:)]

Ya know…if I spent less time around here and more on actual modelling, the list would be a whole lot shorter.

But would I be a better person?[:P]

I finished a rix tank yesterday, I was on forums while paint and glue dried.

One down, 99 more bucket stuff to go =)
