I made a couple of Kibri kits that were snap together - very nice and well made kits.

Bachmann’s “Pasticville USA” Line is snap together. They are a little crude by todays standards. but with a coat of paint, and some basic model assembling skills, they can turn into a nice building.

I bought a bunch of the plasticville buildings for $1 and with a little fixing up they are alright. Add some details and they work.
