I’ve seen their products at my LHS. The packages don’t show an e-mail address. I asked the same question several years back.
I’m assuming that they’re likely a very small business and don’t have the personnel or desire to have someone answering a big barrage of e-mails. Since Cannon & Company has been very successful, it’s likely why they’ve been keeping things as the “Status Quo”. With any problems that crop up, the LHS usually takes care of it with exchanges.
Now I’m only guessing, but having run a shop before I can understand a bit of the thinking that goes on in some businesses.
Hopefully Cannon will eventually establish a website since it is still good marketing and PR…
