Can anyone tell me if Indiana & Ohio Railroad or Indiana & Ohio Railway have a GP40 with road number of 4008? my friend ricky took photos of some I&O GP35’s, Winamac Southern GP7 #1754 and TPW GP20M #2058 in kokomo last year. there were two mystery locomotives with them in UP like colors.
