Was this as screwed-up as the “modernized” DOT crossing and crossing accident records of 2016-17?
No matter what it is - it takes away the ability to view railroad accident reports during the period of roughly 1913-1993. The NTSB data base begins with ‘selected’ accidents from about 1974.
