When you press down on the trigger, is paint supposed to come out. When I press down Paint starts to come out. Is that right or is there something wrong. Thanks dekruif
No. Only air should come out when you press the trigger. Paint only comes out when you press and pull back on the trigger.
I would suspect the needle isn’t seated up against the tip. If that isn’t the problem check for a damaged needle or tip.

[#ditto] That’s one of the reasons I don’t use a double action airbrush anymore. It’s kind of to control how much you pull back when you can’t feel your fingers, and I’m numb all the way up to the elbows.
I too have a double action Badger airbrush and my works fine but I was wondering if anyone can tell me if I can change the spray from broad to narrow.
The one I had had a nozzle on it that you could twist to go from narrow to broad, so it may be possible on yours.
Shoot, I didn’t even think about that. Thanks Jeffrey
I have the Badger 150 and have to change out the needle and tips, from fine, med, or course, to get a larger pattern.Very quick to change out and I love the brush, oooopppps wife was just looking over my sholder and now walking down the hall…, I LOVE YA MORE HONEY …except shes higher maintanance
Hey Jeffery, if ya just num to the elbows, your very lucky, think my wife heard me, I thinks I gona be num all over…again…John
Pull the button back for more paint. Push it down for more air. Small push down and small pull back will give you a small spray pattern.
