My 10x10 ft room already has a train board half way done. Now I am planning to build an upper level to this room. Does anyone have some layout plans or pictures of a layout? I plan on modeling this layout to resemble Northern California. (mountains, canyons, rivers, towns)

Just curious if you were planning on connecting the upper and lower decks or running them independantly of each other? I’m definately no expert, especially on double deckers, but a 10 x 10 room doesn’t leave much room for a helix or other system to move trains between the two decks. Just wondering if you’ve given any thought to this.
