I would like to apologize for this whole mess that has gotten way out of hand.
Now to everyone else,
There was a BRUTAL attack on emeraldisle on the other topic and dougal just happened to be the last one to jump on him. I hastily posted in defense of him. I have NO problem with the teens on this site. Let me make that clear. I have never had a cross word for any of them. I’ve even offered to send Hawks some free freight cars. This whole thing has gotten crazy with opinions and harsh words.
So in closing I sincerely apologize to you, dougal. I have been jumped on here before and I guess I didn’t really take in to consideration that you would take it so personally.
So, with that said, hopefully we can all get back to posting for fun and education. Dave

can get overheated at times. We are here for
a common interest and to have fun with our
discussions. We all come from many different
parts of the world and many DIVERSE cultures,
OPINIONS WILL CLASH. I too can be critical of
issues, but have not taken these forums to heart.

Glad to see the reasonable thinking come back to everyone involved here. I was not personally involve with the feud, just a bystander. Also, I know none of of you except through this forum. It takes good people to step up and apologize and admit to wrong doings and good people to accept those apologizes. Our mutual interest in model railroading brings us to this forum for, I believe three reasons, to learn and share our knowledge with others, to help those just getting in this hobby and to have fun doing it.
