To the folks who have downloaded photos to this forum …
I would appreciate your assistance in doing this, is an email attachment needed, if so who do I send it to ?

You cannot host photos on this forum or attach them to your posts. They must be hosted somewhere else and be linked to them. I use Photobucket http://www.photobucket.com/ which is free. Get a free account with them and upload your photos on their site. Photos on their site will have the URL and the [ IMG] tags on their photos automatically. Use the one with the [ IMG] tags, copy and paste into your message. Easy as that!
When you give it a try, use the “Preview” option in your post to see if it works. If you can see the image, then it is working. Size your photos for Photobucket to 800 pixels wide, as this will be viewable by most visitors. Photobucket will downsize any photos larger than 250KB, including their width. If you cannot do this yourself, keep it in mind.
