I received the first on the Dream, Plan, Build series and thought it was pretty good so I sent MR a check. The next two were of no use to me so I sent them back. I waited for the next in the series to arrive but it never did.
I thought MR said, “they would keep sending the videos for your inspection unless you cancelled the series.”
I called MR and was informed that if you send back two videos they drop you from the series and will not send anymore.
This was not my understanding when they advertised the series. Did I get it wrong?
I had the exact same experience, and I’ve ranted on here about it several times, to no avail. I even finally told them I would be willing to start over in the series if they would send them to me, but 7 months later I still am not receiving them. There is a definate discrepancy in their advertising and practice in this case.
