Just curious as to how many others out there got a comemorative Popular Mechanics Magazine Stamp instead of the promised GE44 medalion with their video? [#dots]

I called and they are aware and they are already sending replacements.

What volume of D-P-B was this ? I have only received Vol. 1 and 2, so far… but there were medalions in both of them.

I received the same piece of crap. I e-mailed product services the last week of April and am still waiting on a response. They must not care if they sell me any more videos.

So…how are the later (vol. 2 and 3) programs?? As I recall, everyone who ever bought a copy of MR got the first one in the mail, it sounded like most all of the items featured were from previous videos and in some cases were more than 5 years old. Are the newer volumes primarily new stuff, rehashes of old stuff, or ??

As far as model railroading goes I’ve been in and out over the years. I’ve only recently been able to put as much time as I can now. As far as videos, books and other how to’s all three of these DVDs have stuff thats new to me. I’m enjoying the hell out of them and learning some stuff at the same time.

According to information I received today, those subscribers who received the incorrect medallion should receive the correct medallion soon; the replacements were mailed on May 3.

FT Demonstrator 103, Big Boy 4-8-8-4 and the recent one: GE AC4400CW.

Vol 4’s medallion is the GG1, one of my all-time favorite locomotives, next to UP’s Big Boy!

HEY!!! I got no madalion in volume one!!! Or stamp for that matter!! got a madalion in vol 2 though. ( Thats the one I am on. )
