Drew’s Trackside Adventures: Episode 17 - Powder River Basin, Wyoming

Great scenery, great trains, and great pictures and video…what a combination, good job guys. Looking forward to the rest of the trip.

Great episode. You probably drove past a ton of great fly fishing too!

Love coal traffic and storm lighting. Keep those videos coming.

These trackside adventures are getting better and better. Superb images. Excellent. Thanks for these.

Outstanding video, your best yet-great photos. Can’t wait for the next episode.

love these shows. wish they were longer- like 30 mins or an hour.

One of Drew’s best yet! Of course, I’m VERY partial to western railroads and western scenery. This was entertaining and nicely produced, photographed and editted.

Road trip! Looks like a good time was had by all.

Wow! Mike Danneman. I have an Allen Keller VHS tape from around 1984(?) with Herb and Mike Danneman. And here he pops up again after 30 years. Welcome back!

This was great! Keep up the good work.

Great Stuff!! I especially appreciated the various lash ups to give me an idea of what they are running out of coal country. I have recently purchased several SD70ACE’s and C44-9W’s and was glad to see how I could do same.

Very well done. You showed me all the train-watching details I didn’t have time for on a recent road trip across on this very route. Thanks.

MOST BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS OF THE “STORM LIGHT” !!! Thanks for a great ride !!!

Awesome! Love it!

Nicely Done and Yes On of the Best Yet Men… Trackside Adventures plus Cody Office is why I’ll be renewing my Video Plus subscription for next Year!!! Jay in Texas…

Thanks everyone! I’m so glad you all are enjoying this series. We’re already working on Part 2!

Great video! I moved to Montana when I was 4 back in 1952. In those days, the CB&Q line which is now the BN coal line was single trackm, unsignalled, with rail from the late 1880’s. Quite a change!

Fantastic stuff Drew. Keep on roaming and keep taking us with you. From someone down under in Australia, who doesn’t experience any of this as you do, it is magnificent.

Hey Drew, that’s some good stuff you captured on film! And your past adventures have also had some outstanding still photographs. How about publishing a special edition of your Trackside Adventure photos? PLEASE
