Drill bit source (just sharing)

Ran across this site. They have pretty good deals on new and re-sharpened micro bits. They sell 6,10 and 25 paks of single size bits. They have micros with 1/8" shanks to fit standard chucks and some other hobby tools too.
Enjoy!

I use their bits all the time. I find the commercial bits with the 1/8 shaft and number bit are easier to keep running true in a drill press. The chuck centers better on the 1/8 shaft than a #76 shaft.

Nice site, thanks

Have fun

I prefer widget supply!!!

Thanks for the info.

Rockler’s has them too. Probably more expensive, but available faster than mail order.

what do you think of the drill doctor

I see some of the newer one’s for $80 -$90

Ken

drill doctor dosn’t get them sharp enough and only grinds to one angle which wasn’t a problem back when but now with all the imports it is as they may use a different angle. Drill bits are cheap these days except for the micros which is what we use the most!!!

I think that Drill Doc only goes down to 3/32" too. I use a belt sander to sharpen mine.
