Does anyone know where you can get dry transfers custom-made, or how you can make them yourself?
(Note: Dry transfers, NOT decals!)
Thnx, Bill K
Hi Bill; We discussed that here in an earlier thread and no consensus was achieved. Someone was going to post a question on another forum that had a group that delt in either dry transfers or decals but there hasn’t been an answer. I also questioned if an Alps printer could do them as they would only need to be printed in mirror image on a release type paper. The tackyness of the ink when burnished should adhear them but again I haven’t heard anything back. There are basic lettering sheets of dry transfers available but I too would like heralds and such. Keep looking and let us know…Walt
Just heard back from a company that makes dry transfers. Unfortunately they don’t do custom, from your artwork, transfers. They do have a number of pre-made sheets you might want to look at. www.campbellrd.com

They has expired of www.campbellrd.com last 12-29-07 but they’re changed new website; http://www.angelfire.com/ct2/campbellrd/home.html. You have use contact to email CAMPBELLRD@MEGINC.COM.
Thanks,
Steven
Try contacting a small, local screen printer. They would probably know how to get it done.
Ain’t gonna be cheap! They charge by the color. Fewer colors, cheaper price.
Try Letraset. They do (or did) do custom dry transfers at least within the past three years. Probably still do.
